Mr. Celli has been affiliated with Celli-Flynn Brennan since 1969, initially as a principal and as president since 1985. His commitment to all facets of the educational process, whether program or project related, has lead to his participation in such organizations as NITLE, PKAL, and CIC. He has led the firm to recognition as a major leader in the fields of Campus Master Planning and Campus Designs. Thanks to Tom’s contributions, CFB has completed campus master plans in over 7 states.

Vice President
Mr. Brennan's focus for the past 32 years has been on institutional and commercial projects. Renovation, restoration and adaptive reuse of historic structures and design of new educational projects are among his strengths. Bill joined CFB in early 1999; he was formerly the managing principal of an 80-person Pittsburgh architecture firm. Presently, Bill is Vice President and leads CFB's project management and technical excellence group. He is a member of the AIA, the National Trust and the Association of Preservation Technologies International.
Vice President
With over 25 years of experience and a keen sense of context, Mr. Scott leads the CFB design effort. His expertise is in designing educational environments and attending to the rigorous detail associated with renovations and restorations. Kevin joined Celli-Flynn Brennan in 1998 and has become a partner in the firm.He is currently working on the Main Building at Peace College and just recently finished the design for the addition to St. Paul Cathedral. He is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Preservation Fund of Pennsylvania.He has successfully directed the development of and served as project architect for many structures unique projects.
