Recently the firm was retained by the Mt. Lebanon School District to design a major addition and renovation program at their high school.

The Shadyside Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh has recently retained the firm to make additions and renovations to their 1886 national register building designed by the H. H. Richardson firm from Boston. This magnificent complex requires updating in a number of areas and restoration of a few key elements in the historic construction.

In December of 2007, University Business Magazine published a paper authored by Mr. Celli entitled “The Price Isn’t Right” on their e-magazine site. This paper sets forth a new  pricing model to help liberal arts institutions to compete with community colleges and state universities. Also in April of 2008, University Business Magazine published a second article writen by Mr. Celli entitled "Joining Together, Catholics Can Compete".

The recently completed St. Paul's Cathedral is highlighted in Breaking Ground Magazine in their May/June edition. The article is entitled "Restoration of St. Paul's Cathedral" it goes into detail about the restoration of and addition to this French Gothic structure.
